11. Digital Contracts
Credset provides certain financial services including advancing of loans to eligible users. This will require execution of loan agreements online. The loan agreement will be displayed to the user on the Website and needs to be digitally signed by the user using the Aadhar enabled eSign, as provided by the Electronic Signature or Electronic Authentication Technique and Procedure Rules 2015 under the Indian Information Technology Act 2000, and shall be binding on the user.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India for the resolution of any disputes.

13. Refund Policy
Credset doesn't provide any refund for the visit charges or any other kind of charges levied during the whole loan process. Also there is no refund of EMI paid.

14. Payment flow
